Neuromusculoskeletal Ultrasound is a safe, cost-effective diagnostic tool used to assess anatomic structures in real time using both static and dynamic techniques. In recent years, NMSKUS has become increasingly utilized in the assessment of conditions that affect anatomic structures including bone, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves and vascular structures. This allows the provider to accurately assess and make clinical decisions to diagnose and improve patient outcomes.
Training in NMSKUS is available in a variety of formats and tailored to the trainees needs. We use both didactic, in-person and online, and in-person didactic laboratory sessions in which trainees interact with our senior faculty. . Training is provided by our distinguished faculty and some of the nation's leading educators in the field of MSKUS and diagnostic testing.
