At Integrity Diagnostics, there are a wide variety of healthcare plans that we accept.
As a courtesy to you, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for your diagnostic testing. It is important to us that you understand your insurance benefits and financial responsibility.
We also offer a self-pay / private pay plan for those patients who do not have health insurance or those who have maxed out their benefits.
